Friendly staff.
Good communications and helpful staff.
The reception and welcome was first class. Fergy on the desk made all the difference in our stay by responding to our requests for information and helping us with our luggage.
Room & bathroom were clean. Towels on the beds. Our kids (8+4) loved the bunk bed in their 'room'. Quilts were warm.
Room had lots of space- very quiet. Handy for finding food in the evening. Good breakfast.
