Friendly and helpful staff. The room was well equipped and the free shuttle to the station was a bonus.
We are visited Kofu five times and we’ve always stayed at this hotel
Onsen was fabulous, complimentary ramen was delicious, very clean and friendly service. That massage chair is worth going for alone!

Outdoor onsen is great. So peaceful, water is enough hot.
