Complementary tea and coffee (not expected.) Hot water - but ran cold first for quite a long time (surprising in occupied Palestine with restricted water.)

Perfect location -- short walk to Manara Square (food, shopping, entertainment, culture), Old Town, bus station; staff very kind and accommodating; room comfortable; access to small kitchen a bonus.
