Fantastic hotel for families! So much to do with the children around the hotel an in Serfaus fiss Ladis in general. We will come back.
Just everything! Friendly staff, good facilities, spaceous and it all looked very tidy and fresh. The staff really had an eye for detail, the all worked as an efficient team.

Very warm with ground heating, very quiet, shower is very comfortable, breakfast and dinner are very nice
A very nice place with everything you need, sauna, pool, massage, all skiing facilities. Nicely located near the slopes. The food is very good, both breakfast and supper. We'll come back
