Big room as described on website - convenient location
It was our second stay, a great place to stay close to Portsmouth. Very nice staff, we will be back.
Good value for money excellent service from reception. Asked for a room for a disabled guest and received a email asap and got a massive room for a disabled guest.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Location was perfect. I was upgraded to a better room after a issue wasn't resolved.
