Staff amazing. We were upgraded for free due to their not wanting to inconvenience us by switching as I made two separate booking for each of two nights.
Noto is a beauty, hotel is perfectly located, very cosy, clean and elegant. We were very happy to stay here 3 days. We are coming back in October!
