Lady on reception on the afternoon/evening was lovely
Friendliness of the staff. Room very clean, well stocked for tea & coffee making. Towels really soft. The location was excellent.
Comfy large bed .
Our first impressions were how nice it was the person on the check in in was polite helpful and friendly.
