Hotel itself is ok but Long Hai is not nice, beach is terrible. Planned on staying for 3 nights, left after 1. After a lot of complaining got at least half of our booking refunded

staff. location. value for money. local people were very friendly and local restaurants were great.
This was a nice hotel with a large clean pool and good breakfast. The couple that owned this hotel went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, she spoke some english and he tried to help...
The pool was nice (but not clean).
