Very rude and unhelpful staff gave wrong information about time of bus and did not apologise. I stayed two days and was not acknowledged with a smile or hello.
I was met by a receptionist with no hello or smile, after checking me in did not point me in the direction of my room or tell me where the pool was or any other details. She booked a bus for me to ...
