The location, around the Nile and 50 meters from the souk. The breakfast room on the terrace. We did three tours of the hotel all good, I recommend. Walking distance from the train station.
The staff was really friendly. Even the budget room is very confortable and totally clean, with AC. Although we prefer egyptian breakfast, the continental breakfast they serve is great and complete, ...

Very good quality mattress, pillows and especially sheets. Sheets and pillow are the most I portable thing for a good night sleep
The room was clean and comfortable the service was great and local advice was well provided. I did not need anything more
