The Location has very clean Rooms and is located just on the shore of Lake Naivashia with many birds and hippos . So the place was Basic and in OK range versus Price
Personnel was nice and helpful, gave tips about using public transport and other useful things. It's quite okay to arrive to the property using public transport and also to go to Hell's gate ...

Personal, specially Bridget, was very nice! Room was very clean and wifi connection was good on restaurant area.
