The staff except the bar tender who was gruff

Convenience. This place was it next to our dive shop so I can get certified.
I love the Holiday Hotel> I stay there every year. It is conveniently located right in town. Beach views from most of th rooms. Comfrotable beds, adequate pillows. Clean.
