Everything was going great until 2 in the morning when the pool roof collapsed. Scared the family and kids really bad.

The front desk staff was so accommodating and so helpful. The rooms weren’t ready due to housekeeping staff not showing, and the front desk staff helped get all the rooms ready for us.
Kitchen staff wonderful! Helpful with elderly & man on crutches! Also a mon with 2 small kids. She carried extra plates for children. Food GREAT! She was a 1 man (lady) band.
the room was large and very nice. Appreciated hot breakfast and especially egg white omelets and turkey sausage. addition of cut up fresh fruit would be a nice addition.
