Location
Hotel management or Reception was not responding properly due to booking through Booking.com Person was not answering properly & no happy behaviour.
Staff was prompt and quick at service very courteous and friendly..and caring. Liked the 24 hour checking facility..really helped us check in early as per our arrival n convenience..
