The room had an extraordinary view of the lake, and the bed was very nice for two.
The hotel is a perfect distance away from Kaiserslautern, placing it a little bit in the woods. Making it a nice little getaway. I was in the double rooms, and my room had a balcony view of the river...
Unfortunately, the bacon ("Would you like bacon and eggs?") arrived after I'd finished the scrambled eggs! I assumed that the salami that arrived with the eggs was " the bacon"...
Restaurant
Outstanding, healthy salad on the first day. It was the only time I had time to eat in the restaurant, but I definitely would try again. That salad was fantastic, as was the wonderful tomato soup.
