Room, staff behaviour, they were helpful
It was a good experience. The hotel is where it claims to be, they waited for us at the time and always intended to communicate with us.
The staff is top notch. They are very polite and very friendly. Excellent people who know how to serve guests well.
It was a good alternative for the high prices of Moscow for the world cup. It also has a mall next to it with supermarket, pharmacy, and fast food. The attention was very nice.
