The receptionist was very nice and catered to what I needed. The fact that you cannot rely on the whole world to speak English only makes me want to learn Ukrainian.
The staff very helpful and nice, Kids area is amazing and very helpful staff there too
Nice playground, a pond, a good place to have dinner.
