Everything the staff on arrival were extremely pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and pleasant, The bar staff again were very helpful and pleasant which all added to a lovely stay.
To be perfectly honest, I booked the place as the "second best option" since all hotels in Arbanassi were booked out. Given the mixed reviews that the hotel got here, I think it's better...
