The hotel is really nice and a good value in the broader Lugano area
Restaurant for Dinner and Breakfast absolutely amazing. Friendly staff.
Fantastic views! Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly, though it was a bit hard to communicate with them in English. Restaurant gets very busy in the evening, so be sure to make a reservation.
The location on top of the hill was great. We had a fantastic view on the lake. Personnel of the hotel were very friendly. Pool was ok.
