I liked the size of the rooms and the bathroom - it was large (especially for a Japanese hotel). Breakfast was pretty good, too. Rooms were quiet and a short wall to a GREAT Mexican restaurant.
The front desk was very helpful. They figured out how to get my bags to Narita airport for me. The public bath was also very nice and had convenient hours (8-10pm for women).
