the staff were very attentive and always pleasant, couldn't do enough for you.
Location was within 10 minutes walk of the walls of Lucca, car park on grounds and friendly staff, room was clean. Breakfast was 5 euro extra and limited choice but we knew that on booking.
Staff was good
The staff was always helpful and smiling especially the old guy on reception. We were two families in 2 rooms which were clean and tidy. There is a great pizza shop nearby. Calm and peaceful place. ...
