The location is fairly decent. 15 minute walk from the train station and a 15 minute walk from St Marks Square.
Excellent location. You can easily walk from Plaza Roma or Santa Lucia train terminal, where you arrive without exception, it is not necessary to take the vaporetto to reach / leave the hotel, ...
