Very spacious apartment with large balcony. Location is perfect.
As the motto of the Serfaus Fiss Ladis says “We are the family “ that’s completely describing the atmosphere of this hotel. The owners and all staff are extremely nice and friendly, the room was clean...
The sauna and waterbeds were very relaxing + free cable car up to a good restaurant in the mountains. Breakfast was lovely as were staff who welcomed us with a Schnapps.
Excellend breakfast, nice staff, super summer card (ski lift ticked, whole area) was included room prize!
The staff was incredibly friendly and kind! Our room had a great view over the mountains and the breakfast was delicious.
