Clean.
Then hot spring bath in individual bathroom.
The staff were very friendly, they spoke great English and were able to tell us where to go for food and where to go in the area.
The room was so comfortable and the staffs were nice. We were 5 so we booked 2 rooms but the rooms were separated. The staff changed the better room right next to each other without extra charge.
