I was expected when I checked because the clerk knew my first name. That tells me the staff are aware of their reservation guests to be checking in. The clerk was polite and professional in a manner ...
Overall the room was alright. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the pillows were also great. The sheets smelled like bleach which I like because that smells clean.
