VERY big room, good breakfast, comfortable beds, A/C - good value for price. Very helpful staff, drew a list of buses with changes to our destination, called Tuc Tuc
Run down. Pool was dirty. Location is out of town with no transport options other than tuk Tuk drivers than rip you off because you have n choice to use them. The hotel backs onto a croc infested ...

The Hotel Ambiance was really great. My Kids really enjoyed the Garden and Pool.
