Very inexpensive - great value for money, especially when you get breakfast rate. Close to train station. While hotel is quite dated it is actually very clean and well maintained.
The location is very good and near Ota Station, walk within 10 mins could arrive hotel. And the room size is quite good compare with normal Japanese hotel.
