Staff did not speak English but were happy to try to assist. Room was basic but as described.

You get what you pay...

Western toilet. Shower had hot water. Location was very quiet at night and made for a good night's sleep.

The best thing is the friendliness of the people and the bar restaurant to eat kebab that have opened next door and that speak English in that bar
