You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 80 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment can be made by card or cash during the reception's opening hours from 06:30 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 on weekdays and 07:00 to 11:00 and 17:00 to 21:00 at weekends and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside of these opening hours you can use the automatic credit card payment system which will enable you to obtain the magnetic key card to gain access to your room. Guests arriving after 21:00 are kindly requested to contact the hotel using the details on the booking confirmation in order to obtain access to their room. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 5€ per pet, per stay applies.
