We arrived late and left the next morning very early. The staff prepared our breakfast to take on the bus!

Friendly Service by the ladys, ask for thr sort of breakfast you wish, offer lunch and dinner, manage bus-booking to Laos, instead to be at the busterminal at 5.30 am, you get a pick up at the hotel ...
The room was ok but the service was awful. Unfriendly and the Director tried to add costs to a previously arranged driver/guide service. My final comment- this Ruby is no gem! Howard Green-Toronto...
