Customer service was excellent
Butter was hard as a rock
the breakfast was not great, only cereal was good. little variety of stuff. the room was nice and big but super hard beds. the staff assisted with extra blanket and towels since very little towels ...
TV worked, frigerated/microwave worked. AC worked. Did have ironing board & iron. Hairdryer worked.
