Location. It was the closest property for my purpose. Overall the location is excellent and the owner of the property was very cooperative for assistance.

Very close to temple
the manager asked me to pay 1705, which according to him, is including taxes. i gave 1700. but he insisted to give RS 5 !!!!!!!!!!!!
