There is no one to ask anything, the TV did not have any v Channels that work, there is no bar, there is no elevator or elevator. No one helps you get down the heavy things do not let you know that there is no elevator

Location. It was right across the Museum of American Revolution and walking distance to everything historic in Philly. It was so perfectly placed, I was surprised it was cheap. However...
