Friendly, helpful staff. Restaurant providing tasteful dishes from local cuisine. Perfect place as starting point for excursions, skiing other activities.
Downstairs the billiard, the football area is great, etc... that was very good.
Thé location is good except for the main road bordering the hotel. The staff was nice and spoke either German or English .The parking is easy, the main sky resorts are 10 minutes away .
24/7 reception - not so common in the area.
Location in between two major ski resorts Janske Lazne and Spindlaruv Mlyn, good WiFi
