Hours is a cool business-type hotel with tons of manga, a soft drink bar and computers hooked up to the TV in the room for internet access. I read they had movies and anime to watch, but I didn't ...
Localization, very clean, comforable and quite big bed
the staff is very polite and no discrimination...
It was exactly what I wanted, no WiFi through. Definitely good value for money.
Free drinks from the automat until 22:00. You can rent an adapter for free. Location was very central in the shopping street.
