The maximum number of total guests in a room is 3. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

A damage deposit of GBP 99.99 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the Hotel is under refurbishment, the restaurant and bar facility will be opening in August 2018.
