The Siam Guest House is tucked away in a cul-de-sac where you still can see the old architecture of the old houses of Pattaya but close by to everything where you want to be, and only 500 m from Pattaya Beach!

You are nestled in between three major shopping centres, Festival Mall, Pattaya Avenue and the other one that housed Ripley's.
Straight down to the beach, it takes a 2 min over the 2nd street and then you just walk through Top Plaza and you reach the beach.
From there it is 5 min to Walking Street.

The price versus accommodation is very reasonable and clean.
A 90-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.

5 min to walking street. It is fun to watch the entire tourist walking up & down and around “Walking Street” & "Soi Buakhao Pattaya" nightlife.

Only minutes from the beach and we are only a short walk from all local amenities such as the city’s most popular shopping districts- with modern malls (Central Mall, Mikes Shopping Mall, the Royal Garden Plaza, and many shops that are great for bargain hunters); a stay here makes it possible for our guests “to shop till you drop.”
