Friendly staff.
It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
+ location near a tram/bus and underground stops + very helpful and nice staff + many shops in the neighbourhood + not so far from city centre

We like the room size and the sofa available. And the staff members are mostly nice and friendly too.
