Upgrade to an appartment with a fantastic view on the top floor. And received some nice treats for my wife's birthday. Staff were verry friendly and helpful.
The bed was huge and we got a free upgrade to a larger room without asking for it. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, we felt like we could ask for anything we’d like.
