Quiet after 8pm. Clean, bit dated. Nearby Ericht Alehouse good. Chippy 3 doors down good. Spoons good for coffee in morning.

Nice little hotel, well situated for working. My only criticism would be the breakfast. All arrived on time and was nicely cooked, but we weren't given a choice as to what we wanted.
