Staff was helpful when changing the room (we had massively leaking air-conditioning in the first one). Also helpful with early check out and providing taxi to the airport.
Probably the cheapest resort by this part of Long Beach (which is a great area - the waters are cleaner here than next the the city center) and still super nice and beautiful and lovely staff, ...
