The staff was great - very friendly and accommodating. Snow and ice removal was actually fun and friendly. We visited a high-dollar hotel later to see friends and their snow removal was lousy.

Dirty and untidy

Very dirty and unkept. Couldn’t use anything. My family slept on our air mattress. Bed shirts look dirty and the bathroom was a mess....
