BBQ in the garden, comfortable temperature control, cleanliness, right after reconstruction, big fridge, nice and tidy bathroom, silent neighbourhood... everythig basically
Very nice, clean and spacious place for a family of 4, comfortable beds and extremely quiet neighbourhood. The owner doesn't speak English, but with google translate it's not that big problem...
