Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of RUB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that accommodation with pets is not allowed in the rooms. Staying with pets in cottages is available upon prior confirmation.

Super quite Location on the lake and the amazing view. Would be even better, if you can make a walking tour into the forest from the area. Spacious house, with all facilities! Recommended!
