-DOOR LOCKS WERE DAMAGED SUJESTING THAT 'ROBBERY' TOOK PLACE
The proximity to the bus terminal
Impossible to go out to that neighborhood at night. Otherwise good value for money. Near the center of the day you can walk everywhere.
Definitely not flash, but good sized room and not many mosquitoes.
