Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10 per person per night when using an available cot. People 3 years old and over stay for € 20 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests arriving after 00:00 should always contact the property in advance in order to arrange late check-in. Please note that the pool is open from 10 May until 30 September 2016. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please by informed that a surcharge of 20 euro/person is applied for check out until 3pm. All requests must be approved by the property.

The rooms are simple but simple is good

Perfect Tuscany farm experience, I won’t forget the chestnut cooked with white-wine at hundreds-old fireplace.
