The lady who runs it is very friendly, polite, hospitable, clean facilities, rich breakfast coffee, for the size of the room is a good value for money

Warm welcome, comfortable room, lovely views and wonderful authentic local food (ordered in advance). The owner, Favilla, has next to no English but will chat with you if you have a little Italian.
Beautiful location in lovely quiet countryside. Owner very friendly and took great care of us. Food was what the family was eating. Free wine in the afternoon when we got there.
