Room is nice, location is good, quiet & safe even in late evening. Heater is warm, water is hot. Bathroom equipped good suppliers for showers.
Lovely flat. Very friendly receptionist who gave helpful advice on services available and places to visit.
We chose this place for being economical and it has good value for money. The breakfast, € 10 apart, was complete and varied. The room is very Tuscan rural looking.
The location was excellent
