Staff was able to help me with my requests and was flexible with filling in the invoice for my company.
Very nice place, comfy bed, free parking, and clean rooms. It's only 10 minutes on foot from the city centre.

Location and price. Personal was nice. Breakfast was good.
Everything was fine. Room was basic but it includes everything you need. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location is fine, near the center of Banska Bystrzyca but it is near the main street.
