There was no breakfast included. The location was excellent, very close walk to Chesterman Beach. Very comfortable bed with heated bathroom floor, nice touch.

The quiet street was great, room decor was tranquil and comfortable, provided toiletries were high quality, super comfy robes, rain-gear provided was a great bonus.
